At Asthenos, we take your privacy seriously.
What we collect
We gather personal details, including names and contact information, on a voluntary basis through our contact form. Nothing is collected unless you choose to send it.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social tracking. Our previous site collected general visitor data through cookies for performance analytics, and that is no longer the case.
How we use it
We use what you send us for outreach, for partnership discussions, and for email communications including occasional updates.
Who sees it
We share information with partner consultants or sub-contractors only after upfront discussion and written client approval.
The site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored there as well as emailed to us. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both process the data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We retain records while an account remains active, or until you ask to be removed from communications. We also clear stored form submissions periodically once a conversation has moved to email.
Payment information
We do not hold personal information having to do with payment. This site takes no payments and has no payment processor connected to it.
Removing your information
To have your information deleted, or to unsubscribe from our mailing list, contact us through the form on the site or write to jamie@asthenos-consulting.com. No particular form of words is needed.
